Questions families ask

What should we do first when someone dies?

Call us. If the death was expected, a doctor will confirm it and we can bring your loved one into our care straight away. If it was unexpected, the coroner may be involved first, and we will guide you through what that means.

Do we have to come to you to arrange the funeral?

No. We can arrange everything at your home, or over the phone if you prefer.

How do donations and flowers work?

Every funeral notice we publish has its own donation page for the family's chosen charity, and flowers can be ordered directly from the notice. We arrange everything for the service.
